SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policy outlines the following terms:

  • We assure timely and precise delivery of your shipment in its best condition.

  • To avoid delays, please ensure you provide an accurate and complete delivery address.

  • Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days from the purchase date.

  • Orders aren't processed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays, but delivery might occur on these days based on local operations of our delivery partners.

  • All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • We collaborate with dependable courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery.

  • We offer shipping within India; international shipping isn't available.

  • Free Shipping for orders above ₹999/-. Orders below ₹999/- have a flat shipping fee of ₹99/-.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders with a value of up to ₹2,499/-.

  • For COD orders over ₹2,499/-, a secured payment link will be sent via WhatsApp/ email to convert them to pre-paid orders.

  • Delivery within India typically takes 8 - 10 business days (excluding dispatch date). Deliveries to Northeastern states (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura) might take an additional 1 - 2 days.

  • Remote locations may experience extended delivery times.

  • Unforeseen delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as acts of God, including but not limited to pandemic situations, virus attacks, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, fires, storms, heavy snow, customs inspections, accidents, mechanical faults, acts of crime, theft & burglary, international issues, etc.), but we'll communicate promptly.

  • A courier tracking ID will be sent to your email once your order ships. Track your order status on our website using this ID.

  • We aim to ship all items from your order together. If not possible, we'll notify you via SMS, Email, or Call.

  • Dispatches include an invoice as per Indian GST Regulations. The final invoice will be sent via email.

  • The order value is calculated after applying discounts/GST/VAT or other charges.

  • If packaging is tampered or damaged, refuse delivery and report to care@entimessi.com with your order number for replacement arrangements.
