  • Do I need to create an account on Entimessi to place an order?
    No. You do not need to register on the Entimessi website to place an order. However, we recommend creating an account on our website to avail various benefits like - receiving regular updates on latest offers, new arrivals, fabulous discounts, giveaways, and much more. You are also not required to add the address for the new orders every time, unless there is a change in address. Moreover, you can log in and review the order history of all the transactions done on the account.
  • What payment options are available for placing an order?
    Currently, the following payment options are enabled. 1. Credit Cards (Visa / Mastercard/Maestro/Rupay) 2. Debit Cards (Visa / Mastercard/Maestro/Rupay) 3. Net Banking across Banks 4. Digital Wallets (Amazon Pay, PhonePe, Airtel Money, Freecharge, JioMoney, Ola Money, Mobikwik) 5. UPI/QR (BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe) 6. EMI (Credit/Debit cards, Zest money & more) 7. Buy Now and Pay Later 8. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway.
  • How do I pay for my COD order?
    Cash on Delivery (COD) is like paying at the door! You can use COD for orders in India only, as long as the total amount is under ₹2,499. When the delivery person arrives, you can simply pay them in cash. Some courier delivery agent carry card swipe machines (like mini ATMs). Just check if they have one when they come, and you can pay with your credit or debit card. Big order? Pay upfront! If your order is more than ₹2,499, you won't be able to use COD. Instead, we'll send you a secured payment link powered by Razorpay to pay online. You can use your internet banking, UPI app, or credit/debit card for completing the payment. We'll only ship the order once the payment is complete through that link.
  • What if products ordered by me are out of stock?
    All the products you see on the Entimessi online store is actually in stock, ready to be shipped! Just in case something you order runs out (out of stock), we will let you know within 3 days (72 hours). If that happens, you can cancel your order and get your money back straightaway (immediately).
  • How can I cancel my order?
    Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please send us an email to care@entimessi.com with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number. One of our authorized representatives will contact you and confirm the cancellation. Orders dispatched from our warehouse locations cannot be canceled.
  • Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?
    Please write to us to care@entimessi.com with your requirement and we will get back to you on the same.
  • Is my personal information secure?
    Protecting your personal information is of utmost importance to us. We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data. Our website uses SSL encryption to secure data transmission, and we never store sensitive payment information on our servers.   • How do I return or exchange a product?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 7-days return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the unboxing photos and videos of the items you'd like to return, showing the fault or damage. If you wish to return or exchange an item, simply fill-in the Return/Exchange Request or contact our customer support at care@entimessi.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the process. Please read our complete Return & Exchange Policy for details. Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.
  • Can I change my order once it has been placed?
    We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However, if changes are communicated over email to care@entimessi.com within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the address of delivery. These changes are at the sole discretion of Entimessi.com.
  • When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?
    Entimessi provides a complete refund for order cancellations made before products undergo processing at the warehouses. However, certain orders may have different cancellation policies: 1. Customized Print-on-Demand orders cannot be canceled once payment is made. 2. Orders for special products from private inventory cannot be canceled after payment, as these items are exclusively available for you. Initiation of the return process is allowed under the following conditions: 1. The product is found to be damaged. 2. Both the product and shipping package are damaged. 3. The product is defective or not in working condition. 4. The product is of poor quality. 5. Parts of the product or accessory are missing. 6. The delivered product does not match the order, based on the Product description provided on the Entimessi Platform. 7. If you are dissatisfied with the purchased product ("Non-Compliant Product"). Please ensure that you initiate return requests within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product ("Return Period"). Please note that cash refunds are not provided. Once we have completed the "Quality Check" process for your returned product, we will initiate the refund within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the product at our end. Please be aware that Entimessi has no control over the refund timelines set by our refund processor, except for the processing of the refund.
  • How does the refund work if I have returned products bought as a part of a cart level promotion offer?
    Entimessi may choose to run cart level promotional offers at any point of time. Please note that the cart level discounts are applicable when/ if certain number of products are bought together. While customers are allowed to place return requests for one/ more than one product bought under the cart level offer, customers stand to lose any applicable cart level discount on the products being returned. Refunds will be calculated accordingly and processed.
  • I have paid via cash on delivery, how will I get the refund?
    You will have to provide your bank details via email at care@entimessi.com and the amount will be credited to your account within 7-14 working days.
  • Can I change the mode of refund after raising a refund request?
    No, As per the company policy once a type of refund mode is opted for by the customer, a request for change in refund mode will not be entertained.
  • How do I return multiple products from a single order?
    You can return multiple products. Please send in your return request to care@entimessi.com.
  • Does Entimessi pick up the product I want to return from my location?
    Our courier partner picks up returns across the country to over 12000 Pin codes. These return pickups are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.
  • Will the GST Amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?
    We offer you instant gratification with your every purchase! We hate to see you cancel/return your order but promise to lend you a hand, until the very end. On return/cancellation of an order, the refund amount, including the GST collected would be refunded, in its entirety. In case of partial returns, the GST amount charged corresponding to that particular item(s) shall be refunded.
  • What are the accepted payment methods?
    We accept both online and cash-on-delivery payment methods at Entimessi. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. There are several ways to make online payments, such as Credit/Debit cards (VISA/MasterCard/Rupay/Maestro), Net banking, Digital Wallets (Amazon Pay, PhonePe, Airtel Money, Freecharge, JioMoney, Ola Money, Mobikwik), UPI/QR (BHIM, Google Pay, Paytm), EMI (Credit/Debit cards, Zest money & more), Buy Now and Pay Later, etc. We process international payments through PayPal.
  • Which credit/ debit cards do Entimessi support?
    Credit/ Debit card payments are accepted securely through Razorpay. Currently, all VISA, MasterCard. Maestro and Rupay credit/debit cards are accepted.
  • Can I pay through Net banking? What is the procedure?
    Yes, you can pay through net banking. You need to select net banking as an option while making the payment on Razorpay payment gateway. You will need to select the bank you wish to pay from and make the payment.
  • Can I pay through cash-on-delivery (COD) payment mode?
    Yes, Entimessi offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option on purchases up to a limit of ₹1,499/- only within India. Please note that COD is not available on footwear items listed on our web store. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders exceeding the cut-off limit of ₹1,499/-, will automatically be converted to pre-paid orders, and a payment link from Razorpay will be sent to you. Payments can only be made through Net banking, UPI, or credit/debit card. We will dispatch all orders above ₹ 1,499/- placed under Cash on Delivery (COD), only after receiving full payment through the payment link provided by us.   • How is the GST amount decided?
    Following rules will govern whether GST will be applicable or not on the products purchased by you: 1. If Delivery is to a location within same state (i.e., Delhi to Delhi) then GST shall be broken down to CGST & SGST and if delivery to the location outside state, then IGST is applicable. 2. The Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate for both clothes and footwear is 12%. 3. The Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate for Smartwatches is 28%.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    We offer Free Shipping for orders above INR 999/- within India. For orders below INR 999/-, we may charge a non-refundable shipping charge of INR 69/-. COD is available for all products, except footwear items, up to INR 1,499/- within India. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent by email. You can expect to get the delivery of your order within 6 - 8 business days (excluding the date of dispatch) in India. Please note that deliveries to Northeastern states (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, and Tripura) may take an additional 1-2 days.   • Is there any minimum limit on order placement?
    No, there is no minimum limit on order placement at Entimessi. You can order as much or as little as you like in one order.
  • Where all does Entimessi deliver?
    We deliver across India to various PIN codes. These deliveries are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.
  • What is the delivery timeline or my order?
    The general delivery timeline is 6 - 8 business days (excluding the date of dispatch) in India. Please note that deliveries to Northeastern states (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Nagaland, and Tripura) may take an additional 1-2 days.
  • Is there any shipping charge for delivery?
    We offer Free Shipping within India on orders over ₹999/-. However, for orders up to ₹999/-, we may charge a non-refundable handling fee of ₹69/-.
  • What if I'm not home to receive my order?
    We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most Courier companies generally attempt 3 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don’t find you at home. Please contact the courier company and the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule.
  • Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
    Your delivery address or mobile number can be changed within 4 Hours of placing the order. Please send us an email to care@entimessi.com with your name, updated address, order date and your mobile number. Our team will contact you by email/ phone and confirm the change.
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    No. At the moment, Entimessi does not offer international shipping for its products.
  • How do I track my order once it is placed?
    Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation by Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number. Step 2: As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details. You can also log into your account and view the shipping details.
  • What happens if an item I have ordered is missing from my package?
    Given our rigorous quality control measures throughout the product packing procedure, the probability of overlooking any item in your shipment is exceedingly low. However, should you find that an item is absent from your received package, we kindly request you to review the enclosed invoice for potential charges related to the missing item. Should you identify any charges, we urge you to promptly notify us through WhatsApp at +91 9903011990 or via email at care@entimessi.com. Should such an instance arise, we will take immediate action to facilitate the swift delivery of the absent item to your location.
  • How can I figure out the correct size for me?
    Every product you choose on Entimessi includes a 'Size Chart' provided within the product description. You can consult the size chart to ascertain the appropriate size for your needs.
  • What should I do if the item purchased is defective?
    If you happen to receive a faulty product, please submit a Return/Exchange Request or email us at care@entimessi.com with clear images of the defective item within 7 days from the date of purchase. Once we verify the defect, we will proceed with either a refund or an exchange. Keep in mind that there are certain exceptions for return/exchange, and you can find the complete list of these exceptional products in our Return and Refund Policy.
