You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it meets our eligibility criteria.

If you got the wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear, unedited images or videos of the unboxing process as proof.

Your item should be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need to show the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form within 7 business days of getting the product delivery. Include your order number, product name and reason for return, and attach photos and videos of the items you want to return showing the fault or damage.

We will review your request and let you know if it is approved. Once approved, we will arrange the pickup of the items. Please do not send back any items without filling out the request form first, as we will not accept them.

We will check the quality of all returned products. Once approved, we will send you a confirmation email.

For Shoes and Sneakers, we only offer refunds or exchanges if the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you choose to return a product received as COD payment mode, the refund will be provided through your preferred mode of payment, based on your selection during the return process.
